      From 2009, JinYe company as the traditional rubber foam production factory, we mainly manufacture the wetsuits with the material of neoprene, the universal a certain degree harmful ingredient. In 2018, by chance, we got to know the Natural Rubber Foam is the best choice for making the wetsuits for it is harmless and anti-allergic to human body. At that time, the founder Mr. Jin keenly realized that we have to alternative to the traditonal neoprene wetsuits to make the harmless wetsuits made of natural rubber foam for our customers, and he leads the R&D team to develop the G5 series natural rubber foam for wetsuits production and even shoes and other water sports product.

      Our G5 series natural rubber foam is made out of natural rubber harvested from rubber trees, plant-based and latex-allergy friendly natural rubber rather than the traditional petroleum-based and limestone-based neoprene. Compared to the traditional neoprene, the natural rubber wetusits production process saves up to 80% on CO2 emissions in one wetsuit. And our all G5 rubber plantations are 100% FSC® certified. FSC® certified means that buying your new G5 natural rubber wetsuit does not contribute to deforestation, human right violations or abuse of agricultural pesticides. It also means that the hevea rubber – the main ingredient G5 natural rubber foam is only extracted from plantations that preserve ecological integrity and biodiversity. Though only 4% of global rubber plantation area is currently FSC®-certified, well-managed FSC®-certified forest management has the potential to affect a positive environmental and social transformation of the natural rubber sector. 

      Once the rubber is extracted from the hevea trees it undergoes a refining process to remove any impurities, ensuring maximal material performance.Finally, the dry G5 natural rubber is mixed with high quality ingredients to assure it features the qualities you are looking for in the natural rubber foam for making a new wetsuit, the most important being flexibility, insulation capacity, anti-allergic, UV resistance and durability. All the G5 series natural rubber foam pass the PAHS 28 testing.
